2023.0213 - Initial Release

Welp I pulled the trigger... this is something I've been working on for a while and will continue to.  

I wanted to make a full ICRPG module based on one of the most successful games I ever ran so here is the start of that journey.  I've got a lot of work to do, art to get, and edits to make, but I feel like if I don't get it put this out there I'll just keep tinkering. 

So give it a read, a think, play Act 1 and give me some feedback!
